What we collect
The request form. When you send it, we collect what you type into it: your name, email, phone, property address, city, property type, whether you own the property, whether it is listed with a broker, your timeline and any notes. Phone, and any field marked optional, can be left blank.
Your call/text choice. We record whether you checked the "OK to call or text me" box. If you did, we keep the exact wording you agreed to, its version, and the date and time you sent the form. We also note which page of this site the form was sent from.
Spam protection. To stop floods of fake requests, we keep a scrambled, one-way code made from your IP address. We cannot turn it back into your IP address. The form also has a hidden field that only robots fill in. There is no CAPTCHA and no outside spam service.
utahcaprates.com has no accounts, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running. Fonts and images are served from this site itself, not from third parties.
If you call, text or email us instead, we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, number and message.
How we use it
Only to answer your request and provide the real estate services you ask about. We reply by email. We call or text you only if you checked the call/text box (message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out). We do not add you to any marketing email list.
If you tell us your property is listed with a broker, we do not save your request.
Where it is kept
Requests are stored in a database at Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and copied to our office computer so we can follow up. We keep a request as long as we need it to serve you and to keep the business records real estate brokers must keep, or until you ask us to delete it, when the law allows.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with people who help us serve you (for example our brokerage, RE/MAX Associates, as required for licensed real estate activity, and our hosting provider) or when the law requires it.
Third-party tracking
We do not allow third parties to collect information about your activity on this site or across other sites.
Do Not Track
Because this site does not track visitors, it treats every visit the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Your choices
To review, correct or delete information you have sent us, call or text 801-664-3370 or email stockton@teamutahcre.com. To stop calls or texts from us, reply STOP to any text or tell us, and we will stop.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date. If we add new form questions, cookies or analytics, this page will be updated before they go live.
